Endorsements
Women for Tulsa carefully vets their candidates for school board and city council races. The candidates are asked to complete a survey, meet with numerous members of our Executive Board and then are invited to speak before our membership.
At this point Women for Tulsa is strictly focused on local races. If you are running as a candidate we invite you to complete our survey to determine if you are eligible for an interview and an endorsement.
All submissions are reviewed by a select committee and we will not release any part of the survey unless we ask for the candidate’s permission. If our membership approves an endorsement we may ask to use some parts of the survey to share publicly why we choose to endorse a candidate.
